Decent homes work restarting

Lib Dem led Colchester Borough Council are rolling out the 'decent homes' project to improve social housing in Colchester, and properties in Paul Spendlove Court and Chant Court will be amongst the first areas to benefit from this investment in late February.

The contractors responsible for this work should be writing to all tenants soon to inform them of the work to be carried out, but there are 2 drop in sessions for tenants coming up, where you will have the opportunity to talk to the contractors Apollo about the forthcoming works.

The drop in sessions are being held on the following:

Wed 10th February, 6-9pm, Greenstead Community Centre

Fri 12th February, 6-9pm, The Oak Tree Community Centre
