Russell's criticism of UK child poverty

Colchester MP Bob Russell this afternoon launched a scathing attack on successive British governments which has resulted in nearly four million children in the UK living in poverty.
The Liberal Democrat MP's criticisms were made in a 15-minute speech during a special House of Commons debate which he was granted on the subject of "eliminating child poverty in the UK."
