Road Safety MP re-elected Chairman

Colchester MP Bob Russell, who is recognised as one of Parliament's leading campaigners on Road Safety issues, has been re-elected Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Justice for Road Traffic Victims.

The group is the Parliamentary voice for road safety charity "RoadPeace" which is dedicated to supporting road crash victims. Every year more than 3,000 people are killed on Britain's roads, with 500,000 receiving injuries which require treatment in hospital.
