More than 100 Members of Parliament have now signed their names in support of a House of Commons Motion tabled by Colchester MP which calls on the Government to honour the "Military Covenant" - to improve conditions for serving and former military personnel.

The Royal British Legion has launched a national campaign to get a better deal under what is known as the "Military Covenant". Mr Russell is a Parliamentary Advisor to The Royal British Legion.
